How To Register

1. HOW TO REGISTER

 To register with this journal, click the “Register” link in the top navigation bar. Fill in the form to register with this site. All fields are marked with an asterisk (*). You cannot change your username after registration. All personal information can be updated/changed at a later time.  You can register as a reader (Reader) author (Author). Simply check the box provided. End the registration process by clicking on the Registration button.

 

Log in

 To log in, click the “log in” link next to the Register link on the top navigation bar, fill in your username and password.

 

View and edit your profile

 To view and edit your profile, log in and click the “edit my profile” link on your Home page. From here, you can update your email address and change your latest personal information.

 

2. HOW TO SUBMIT AN ARTICLE

To submit an article, select the “New Submission” link on your homepage, then follow the five-step process.

 

1. Step one, starting the submission

The first step contains information about the journal's privacy and copyright statements; if configured as required, authors must agree to the journal's copyright policy. You can add comments in the provided fields that are visible to the Editor. Move to the next step by pressing the “Save” button and the “Continue” button.

 

2. Step two, uploading the article

Article submission; the second step allows to upload your file, generally a document file in Word format (.doc; .docx), locate the file in question on your computer and upload it. Then click “Save” and “Continue”.

 

3. Step three: entering submission metadata

In the third step you will be asked to enter all relevant metadata. Automatically, the author information will be visible If there are multiple authors for an article submission, then their information (those authors) can be added by clicking the “Add Author” button. Next, enter the article title and abstract. Press “Save” and “Continue”.

 

4. Step four: upload supporting files

This step is optional, if you do not want to load any more files, then simply click Save and Continue. If you have supporting files, such as research instruments, data sets and others, you can add them here. These files are also indexed by author, which identifies the relationship of the supporting file to the submitted article and its ownership.  Additional files can be uploaded in any format and made available to readers in their original format. Find the file you wish to submit, upload it and click “Save” and “Continue”.

 

5. Step five: confirm the submission

This final step contains a summary of your submitted article. Click the “Finish Submission” button.  On your User page, as an author you can see your active articles that have been submitted and can follow the process.

 

3. HOW TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR DOCUMENTS

  • At any time you can add supporting files (attachments) in the “Submission Document” section. Once the review process is complete and you get an acceptance notification email, you have the opportunity to revise the article before the layout process.
  • You will be prompted via email to follow the link provided and check your document.
  • Upload the revised version of the document and click on the email symbol to complete the process.
  • Finally, you have the opportunity to check the layout version of your article. Follow the link provided in the email and finish by clicking on the email symbol.
